48-Hour Notice Required:
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Your deposit can be transferred ONE time only, if proper notice is given.
Late Cancellations & No Shows:
Cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit becomes non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Clients that "No Show" for scheduled reservation will result in a loss of deposit, will be required to pay a $150 Failed Appointment Fee and pay a new booking deposit, in order to reserve time again. Repeat offenders will not be allowed to make a future reservation.
Late To Appointment:
There is a 20 minute grace period. After 20 minutes, the scheduled reservation will follow the "No Show" policy due to loss of revenue on schedule.
No Guests/Kids/Pets:
If client must be turned away, the scheduled reservation will follow the "No Show" policy due to loss of revenue on schedule.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash
Cash (Bring EXACT amount, no change available.)
All credit/debit cards (3% processing fee)
Financing (7% processing fee)
Of course emergencies happen, and I consider myself very understanding.
Please keep in communication with me and don't leave me hanging.

Imagine showing up to work and your boss saying you're not getting paid for the day. Yes, it's like that.
